Our team is professionally trained on Business to Business (small and medium companies) and Business to Consumer (residential) Direct Marketing/Sales. This means selling directly to customers in either a business environment (at their location) or in targeted neighbourhoods provided by leads from our client.

Our B2C campaigns are based on leads which are provided by the client. These leads contain customer information which gives us an advantage to target specific customers who have been pre-approved and pre-qualified by the client to approach. The day to day of the Entry Level role is to provide a superb customer service experience to those customers.
